Ok. Bear with me, this is my first race report.
I came today feeling pretty strong, although it is my second road race so I was planning on just sitting in and getting the feel of it.
I showed up at the parking lot at around 7:40, we got lost on the ways over, I got ready, registered, and started warming-up at around 7:50.
got a ~20 min. warm-up, and went to role out, all that cool stuff.
The waiting around at the start line sucked because I got super chilly, after we started there were a few attacks(read Adams) then I just sat in, on the last section on the first lap I got dropped, the whole second lap I worked to catch on until finally I did in the beginning on the 3rd as soon as I got up there someone attacked and I was beat up so I couldn't keep up, after chasing down the field again, I caught them like 5-10 mins. before the finish, I then just sat in finished like around 10th over the line, or something like that. In all I had fun, it was a good experience for me.
