The junior race was really hard. I remembered Zach, Nick, Andy attacking a lot and me trying to hang on. I sat in and yelled left and right if anyone tried to attack. CVC kids and Simply Fit covered the attacks from us. Zach attacked right at the start and made everyone chase. Than everyone took turns attacking and making the other teams chase. Eric and Nick also did a great job of attacking. Zach was out on a solo break for about 9laps or so. Some one was yelling out the gap time each lap I heard 25seconds, 30seconds, 45seconds it was getting bigger and bigger. About 16 laps to go Grant a junior from Simply Fit started bridging the gap. I was super glued on to his wheel and Andy was on my wheel. After Zach was caught Andy would attack and I just sat on Grants’ wheel. Last lap, Zach I think attacked at the second corner and held it all the way to the finish line and won. Andy and I made Grant lead us out from the last corner. I took second and Andy took third.
Course: really easy. Turn 5 was a little hard because there were cracks right on the apex. A big dip in the straight away, we had a tail wind on the final stretch that day which helped a lot.
