It's my 2nd year racing, and I am having a great time on the Tieni Duro team!
I started riding my road bike 2 or 3 years ago. My dad got me into riding, as our family is a big fan of the sport. I went to the Tour De France when I was 9 with my family, and I loved it.
I like road biking because it is fun and we have gone to many places together as a team. Being on the team, I have made so many new friends. I didn't race a lot my first year, but my first race was the Cycle Sports Crit Championship. It was such a good experience. This year I focused on cycling and racing a lot more. My focus and training paid off as I was crowned NCNCA District Champion. During all of the races I did this year I learned something new.
I love cycling and I love team sports, although I don't just ride my bike... I run Cross Country and I like to play basketball too. I have grown as both a rider and a person since joining the team.
